Norton PTA’s mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Advocacy is at the heart of what the PTA does.
Your membership allows our organization to have a stronger voice to advocate on behalf of your child and other students in our school, in the local community, across the state, and nationally.

“I don’t have time to go to meetings or volunteer.”
Joining PTA does not mean you are required to volunteer or attend meetings. PTA offers opportunities for members to help at our school and to connect with other parents in a meaningful way if you choose. Members are always welcome to attend membership meetings to stay informed and to vote on PTA matters. As busy parents and volunteers ourselves, we understand that some members may not have the resource of time to be at the school, but we still value your membership.

Your membership will strengthen the collective voice that says, “We value our children's education”, “We want programs and events that enrich our students and family”,  and “We support our school and community.”

Your membership and support helps us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of their budget.

Your membership at Norton gives you automatic membership in Texas PTA and National PTA.
